Briony Graduated from La Trobe University in 2013 with a Masters of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Health Sciences. Since graduating she has worked in the private hospital and private practice setting. She has extensive experience with post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation, having worked with inpatients and in the outpatient setting. In the private clinical setting she has developed skills for treatment in musculoskeletal complaints including manual therapy, taping and is qualified in dry needling. She has also done further study in areas of shoulder and hip injuries. Briony has a specific interest in pilates and is a qualified clinical pilates instructor. She has extensive experience teaching classes and individual programs for people of all ages and health conditions. This includes pre and post natal pilates and treatment of lower back pain.
Briony loves the beach and outdoors having grown up on the Victorian surf coast. She is passionate about travel, enjoying a healthy lifestyle and being active.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences/Masters of Physiotherapy from Flinders University. Lauren has been on the medical team for international sporting events such as the 2018 Commonwealth Games, Tour Down Under & 2019 Gymnastics World Cup. Recently, she has been spending sometime time with The Australian Ballet Medical Team. As you can tell, she has a keen interest in Sport/Dance, whether that is calisthenics, ballet or gymnastics. Not only does she have experience in Sport, she also has a keen interest in Chronic Pain and getting people back to day to day life and exercising without pain.
Mitch graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelors of Health Sciences and Masters in Podiatric Practice. Mitch loves his sport, and plays semi professional basketball. He has a special interest in biomechanical assessments and sporting injuries.
Previously Mitch has experience in working in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs in a variety of Podiatry clinics, treating a range of pathologies from sporting injuries, childrens pathologies and general care. Originally from Hobart, Tasmania, Chalerm Tuantab graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Podiatric Practice. Currently, he is also the president for a non-for profit organisation Footscape, while also being the team podiatrist/head of medical for the National Premier League soccer club, South Melbourne FC, and previously for Oakleigh Cannons, Bentleigh Greens and Heidelberg United. Before working in the field of podiatry, he worked across Melbourne at organisations such as Melbourne University, Belgravia Leisure and YMCA. At each of these workplaces he worked in management of facility centres - gyms, pools and recreation centres.
Chalerm has a strong passion for providing the best evidence-based practice for an extensive scope of practice, including wound care, diabetic assessments, sports injuries and educational presentations. Personal interests include sports, outdoor adventures and travel.
Excitingly Chalerm was a semi finalist in 2018 for young victorian of the year, nominee for Allied Health Excellence in Management and Leadership 2019, winner for best Podiatrist service in Australasia (enablement award) 2019, and finalist for Allied Health Podiatrist of the year 2019.
Timothy graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Podiatry. Upon graduation he accepted an offer to work as a podiatrist in Melbourne. Podiatry has fuelled his desire for helping others, and this ideology is a driving factor in the pursuit of providing the best quality care.
Timothy has an extensive background in footwear and is able to utilise this to make specific recommendations on a variety of shoes, ranging from casual walking to high-level performance footwear. His personal interests include barracking for the mighty Collingwood football club and cooking.
Liv has joined us in 2019 and has a come with a varied background of experience. Liv will be the one that greets you at our front door, and the friendly voice on the phone.
